Celebrate This Years Labor Day Weekend At The Dallas Arboretum
In the early 19th century, the labor movement took over, drastically improving the inhumane conditions many employees suffered every day. That’s why we celebrate Labor Day on the first Monday of every September every year, and what better place the celebrate than the Dallas Arboretum?
Dallas Arboretum
Dallas’s climate provides ideal conditions for a wide range of plants that you can find at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens. You can spend hours amazed by the beauty and learn about the different plants on display. You will also see numerous sculptures and art displays. You can also learn about how to plant different crops, making this Arboretum unique compared to many others around the country.
Education
The goal of the Dallas Arboretum is to preserve and showcase beautiful plants. However, the secondary goal is to teach others. That’s why the Dallas Arboretum offers a number of options for students to learn and grow, just like the trees on site.
