My husband and I sold our home and are now having one built thanks to Tanika. Tanika and her staff were nothing but professtional from the time we met them. Our home was sold within 90 days. Staff: Ms. Bridges,(Realtor) listened to what we were looking for in a home. She took us all over DFW. She had superb customer service and was patient. Tim/photographer was great. He was punctual and professional and took some very good pictures. The videographer, I forgot her name but she was exceptional too. Everyone we came in contact with at Tanika Donnell Realtor were excellent and exceeded our expectations. Tanika answered all of our questions/concerns in a timely manner whenever we contacted her. I started getting frustrated about the bidding on homes. I'm not sure if you guys know but the housing market is crazy and can be stressful. However,Ms. Bridges eliminated that stress for us. She took us to areas that were building that we had never heard of being from Louisiana. It was then we found our new home. We are beyond happy. If you tell them what you want, they will find it. Tell them your budget, they will find it. I cannot wait to move in my new home. I am beyond grateful God allowed our paths to cross with Tanika and her staff.

Let me just start by saying my husband and I interviewed 6 realtors. From the minute Mrs. Donnell walked into our home we knew she was the one. From her knowledge, professional, expertise and relatable demeanor Made us feel like family and she truly Had our Best interest at heart. We asked and she delivered Our home was under contract in 4 days well over Asking price. She serviced Us so Well we are carrying her on into our next Phase to represent us In building our dream home!!!! We were so blessed to have found and Chosen TD Realty!!!

Mrs Pettaway was helpful and very honest throughout the entire process . She never left me out of anything And made sure I was happy .I couldn’t ask for a better realtor ??

I relocated to Texas from Washington and needed a realtor I could trust. Tanika was so knowledgeable, she listened, and helped identify areas and homes that had characteristics that were important to me. She even brought insight and suggestions that I didn't even consider. She was friendly, timely, and helped me to ensure I purchased the best home for my family. I would highly recommend her! Thank you, Tanika!

Eunice is very professional and attentive to all of my first home buyers request. She efficient with communication as well as keeping me updated with listings that meet my criteria. I’m so grateful to have found her during my home buying process she’s made it a breeze & made sure i understood every step in the process

Shaunta was very helpful in our search for a home. The experience was beyond my expectations due to her going above and beyond to meet our needs. You would think that moving across the country would be stressful but working with Shaunta put us at ease. Appointments were set when needed and she was prompt for each every one of them. We had no clue where to start but her knowledge and expertise was priceless. Her negotiation skills are very strong. We ended up contracting less than our offer, and that's impressive in this housing market. Although we decided to hold off on buying a home, we will definitely be using her again.

It was a complete joy to work with Eunice. She really had our best interest at heart and cared for the well being of our family. We ended up in our dream home and it is all due to her guidance and faith. Even after our time working together was complete she has still checked in on us to see how we are progressing in our project home. I really appreciate her kindness and careful consideration of our needs. Eunice is the best and anyone would be lucky to have her on your side!

Eunice Pettaway was very professional, responsive, and exceeded my expectations during the entire process! She made sure that I found everything I was looking for in a home and was knowledgable and detailed on every concern I had. I will definitely come back to her when renting or buying a home again. Her personality shows that she cares about her clients and is passionate about what she does. Keep up the excellent work!

Moving from Indiana to Texas was a frightening task seeing that my fiancé and I had no knowledge of where to start. After the first few minutes of speaking with Shaunta on the phone we were much more at ease. Shaunte gave us many options as far as homes, locations, neighborhoods and ideas for our future home. We were able to fly in on short notice and set up appointments to see a plethora of homes in a short period of time. As we landed and checked in to our hotel Shaunta had already dropped of a welcome gift for un in our room. Shaunta always answers her phone and has valuable advice on how to move forward and what to look out for. Shaunta's connections in the industry allowed the Inspection process to be as easy as possible. After going to many houses Shaunta's energy never wavered, she was just as excited and detailed oriented as she was on the very first house. Her knowledge of the market allows is to open our eyes to what is possible and realistic in the area. We never felt and pressure to act or not act on at anytime, I can't imagine go through this process with any other realtor. Shaunta is polite, smart and professional and this is why she is the only realtor we will ever work with.

I highly recommend Tanika and her team. They are absolute rockstars! We are a military family and had to buy our house while in another state. I was able to fly down for a day and her team had lined up showings for everything I wanted to see that day (and it was fun looking at houses with Tanika!) She had our backs every step of the way and was always quick to respond. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to her.
